User Growth / Card Operations Manager

Bank Card Operations Manager Full-time | Onsite Responsibilities : 1 、 Manage overseas bank card operations, focusing on user engagement for cardholders within overseas payment apps.

• 2 、 Drive user growth by understanding product features and researching local user needs through targeted operational strategies.
• 3 、 Optimize user experience and conversion rates through data analysis, market research, and performance tracking.
• 4 、 Enhance product awareness by leveraging local user insights and aligning them with product characteristics.

5 、 Develop effective partnerships with local institutions and social media channels, exploring organic / owned media pathways for user acquisition and conversion.

Requirements : Experience : 3+ years in operations OR a Bachelor's degree or above required.

Analytical Skills : Highly data-sensitive with proven ability to analyze data effectively.

Collaboration & Drive : Excellent cross-functional and cross-cultural communication skills with strong initiative and project ownership.
