The Role
You will be responsible for :
- Ability to identify prospective customers
- Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads
- Generating sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients
- Negotiating contracts with prospective clients, and providing adequate quotations and proposals
- Accelerate the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve targets and outcomes within scheduled timeframe
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyse the territory / market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports
- Keeping track of outstanding balances and scheduled collection
- Keeping track of customers’ statements
- Stay up to date for best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Understanding and promoting company programs
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs and promote products
- Maintaining client records
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Ideal Profile
Minimum degree Bsc / Hnd In chemical engineering / Industrial chemical and any related courseMinimum of 1 year work experience as a sales representative.Strong communication skillGood interpersonal skillGood customer service and sales skillAbility to travel and flexible mobility.What's on Offer?
