We’re seeking a driven Sales & Partnership Executive to build strategic relationships, broker sales, and create partnerships that translate into real app usage and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure partnerships with salons, spas, hotels, lifestyle brands, and corporate institutions.
Develop and execute sales strategies that convert into active client bookings and repeat app use .
Attend industry and lifestyle events where our target clients and partners are present — build connections, pitch collaborations, and represent the OnfleekQ brand with confidence.
Cultivate relationships within high-value networks, including beauty, hospitality, and luxury sectors.
Collaborate with the marketing and vendor teams to translate partnerships into measurable user growth.
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development , preferably in tech, lifestyle, or beauty industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Confident, outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with people at all levels.
Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
