The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of Brooklyn Homes’ real estate products and services. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and passionate about helping clients achieve their property ownership and investment goals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect new clients through networking, referrals, online platforms, and field marketing.
Present, promote, and sell company properties to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
Conduct site inspections, property tours, and client presentations.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports to management.
Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and real estate regulations.
Represent Brooklyn Homes at exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events.
Qualifications & Skills
HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field (or relevant experience in sales).
Proven track record in sales (real estate experience is an added advantage).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and persuasive selling abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital marketing tools.
