Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate sector. Ability to generate leads through social platforms. Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role is an added advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach. Ability to work independently and in a team. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools. Must be willing to travel locally for field supervision and client meetings.
