Job Description
Oversee the day-to-day operations of company buildings, utilities, and grounds.
Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair works (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
Manage service contracts and relationships with vendors, contractors, and cleaners.
Monitor and control facility-related budgets and expenditures.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Maintain accurate records of facility inspections, maintenance logs, and asset inventories.
Support space planning and office moves or rearrangements.
Ensure proper waste management and energy conservation practices.
Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and complaints.
Recommend improvements for efficiency, safety, and cost reduction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Estate Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience in facility or building management.
Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
Experience managing vendors, budgets, and maintenance schedules.
Understanding of workplace health and safety regulations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency with MS Office and facility management software,
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
