Job Title : Real Estate Field Inspection Officer

Location : Ikota, Lekki

Salary : ₦150,000 - 200,000

We are a reputable Real Estate company seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Inspection Officer to join our growing team. This is a field-based role ideal for someone passionate about real estate, client service, and property scouting.

Responsibilities

• Accompany clients on property inspections and provide professional support.
• Scout and identify new properties for company listings.
• Capture clear property photos and short marketing videos.
• Report daily to the office before heading out for inspections (company car provided).

Requirements

Must be able to drive confidently.

Reside within Ikota–Ajah axis.

OND / HND / BSc qualification in any field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Interest in real estate, photography, or content creation (training provided).
