Job Title : Facility / Maintenance Manager

Location : Amuwo Odofin, Lagos

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility / Maintenance Manager with over 10 years’ proven experience to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance schedules, and facility management of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination across technical teams, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, cold room systems, and logistics support.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, implement, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

Oversee facility operations, ensuring all systems and equipment function efficiently.

Manage and coordinate technical teams (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, cold room, etc.).

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.

Develop and present maintenance and operational reports to management.

Coordinate with the logistics department for seamless operations.

Manage budgets, contracts, and vendors related to facility operations.

Requirements :

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in facility and maintenance management.

Professional certifications in Facility Management, Engineering, or related fields (e.g., IFMA, COREN, PMP, HSE, etc.).

Strong technical knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and cold room systems.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within set timelines.

Proficiency in facility management software and reporting tools is an added advantage.
