What You’ll Do
- Strategic Growth Leadership : Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams across existing and emerging markets.
- Corporate Strategy Development : Design and implement corporate strategies, business plans, and growth initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Partnership & Negotiation : Lead negotiations for contracts, joint ventures, and partnership agreements to secure profitable and sustainable deals.
- Market Intelligence : Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform decision-making.
- Business Case Development : Prepare feasibility studies, financial projections, and business models for new ventures and strategic initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulators, investors, and strategic partners.
- Reporting & Presentation : Deliver high-quality proposals, reports, and performance updates to the Executive Management Team.
- Team Leadership : Mentor and guide the Business Development team to execute strategies and meet defined performance objectives.
