Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team in the automobile sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting operational efficiency across vehicle sales, spare parts inventory, service revenue, and vendor transactions.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain accurate financial records for vehicle sales, service income, and parts transactions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS and company policies.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer receivables.
Monitor and manage inventory accounting for vehicles, spare parts, and workshop consumables.
Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Prepare and file statutory returns (VAT, WHT, etc.) and ensure tax compliance.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Service, Stores) to ensure financial accuracy.
Maintain financial data integrity in SAGE ERP system.
Assist with internal and external audits and implement recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional certification (ICAN, ACA, ACCA) is an added advantage.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ accounting experience, preferably in the automobile or manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax regulations, and inventory accounting.
Proficiency in SAGE ERP and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
