Job role : Admin / Operations Officer
Location : Ilupeju, Lagos Mainland.
Accountabilities, responsibilities & duties :
The Admin / Operations Officer is responsible to provide administrative support and ensure daily office operations are performed in a seamless & efficient manner. The candidate will multitask across a range of responsibilities from managing office supplies stock & placing orders, prepare regular reports such as expenses and office budgets, responsible for Admin process improvement, identifying various compliance issues, and assist in managing the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
- Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is functioning and properly maintained.
- Work with other team members to set budgets, monitor spending, and other expenses.
- Maintain positive client and vendor relationships
- Arrange travel and accommodations for employees at all levels.
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
- Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.
- Assist in the recruitment process & employee onboarding when necessary.
- Examine financial data and use such data to improve profitability.
- Assist the quality control team and monitor production KPIs.
- Assist the production unit to ensure customer complaints are handled and resolved accurately and quickly.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and problems where applicable.
- Conduct regular operational reviews and audits for preventive maintenance.
- Ensure that operational activities are executed within allotted budget and timelines.
- Provide support to all business units such as finance, production & HR departments.

Qualification & Experience :
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent is required. Administrative certifications will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the garment manufacturing & retail industry.
Salary range :
Between N130,000– N150,000 net
