Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and professional Operations Manager to join a prestigious luxury hotel group in Nigeria. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership abilities and a solid background in Food & Beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional service delivery across all departments
Lead and support departmental managers in maintaining the highest operational standards
Drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability while upholding the property’s luxury standards
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local requirements
Provide hands-on support and guidance in Food & Beverage to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth
Monitor and evaluate performance, implementing improvements where required
Work closely with senior management on strategic planning and business development
Requirements :
Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a senior management role within a luxury hospitality environment
Strong background in Food & Beverage management is highly desirable
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with the leadership team
Must be willing to travel extensively as required by the role
