Job Summary :

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with a background in Civil Engineering to oversee and manage civil and infrastructure projects within our manufacturing facility in Ogun State. The ideal candidate will have 6- 10 years of proven experience in civil works and project management, with a strong ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil construction and infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
Collaborate with engineering teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project alignment and compliance.
Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management.
Lead and motivate on-site teams to ensure high performance and accountability.

Requirements :

B.Sc. / B.Eng. in Civil Engineering (relevant certifications in Project Management are a plus).

6- 10 years of hands-on experience in civil works and project management , preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, design standards, and HSE practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
