We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacist to be a cornerstone of our operations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of wholesale pharmaceutical products, ensuring the highest standards of regulatory compliance, inventory control, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the daily operations of the wholesale pharmacy, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products.
- Maintain strict compliance with all regulatory guidelines set by the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN), NAFDAC, and other relevant bodies.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and implement robust systems to minimize stock-outs and expiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, retail pharmacies, and other wholesale clients.
- Provide expert pharmacological advice and information to healthcare professionals and clients.
- Ensure all products are stored under appropriate conditions as stipulated by Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guidelines.
- Supervise and train support staff within the pharmacy unit.
- Prepare and submit mandatory reports to management and regulatory authorities.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all wholesale activities.
Qualifications and Experience :
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree from a recognized institution.Must be a registered and licensed Pharmacist with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).Minimum of 7 years of post-graduation experience, with significant experience in wholesale, distribution, or supply chain management within the pharmaceutical industry.In-depth knowledge of NAFDAC regulations, PCN laws, and other Nigerian pharmaceutical regulatory frameworks.Proven experience in inventory management systems.Ability to work independently and be a proactive problem-solver.Salary :
