Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and managing construction activities on-site, ensuring that all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and within set timelines. The role involves coordinating the site team, liaising with contractors, and ensuring that health, safety, and environmental regulations are strictly adhered to.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure efficient execution of site operations.

Interpret and implement construction drawings and project specifications accurately.

Supervise and coordinate the work of artisans, subcontractors, and laborers.

Ensure that all materials used and work performed meet required quality standards.

Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and material usage logs.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety and technical standards.

Assist in setting out, leveling, and surveying the construction site.

Liaise with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve design or construction issues.

Monitor and control project timelines and budget performance on-site.

Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all site-related activities.
