Job description

Responsibilities :

Conduct property valuations and appraisals accurately.
Scout for new properties and expand the company's portfolio.
Develop and implement effective strategies for property marketing, leveraging both online and offline channels.
Utilize social media platforms to enhance property visibility and engagement.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to facilitate property sales and rentals.
Prepare and present detailed property reports and documentation.

Requirements :

B.Sc. or HND in Estate Management, Real Estate, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate, property sales, or valuation.

Proficiency in property marketing and sales techniques, both online and offline.

Strong familiarity with social media platforms and their use in property marketing.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Professional certification in Estate Management or a related field is optional but advantageous.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
