Job Objective : The client is looking to hire a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to join its growing team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in sales, client relationship management, and target achievement. S / he will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
§ Identify, prospect, and secure new clients across assigned markets.
§ Present and promote products / services to potential customers using solid sales arguments.
§ Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales and repeat business.
§ Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
§ Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and client needs.
§ Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
§ Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and networking activities.
§ Provide accurate reports on sales performance and pipeline updates.
§ Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
§ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
§ 2–4 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
§ Strong understanding of sales techniques and negotiation skills.
§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
§ Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
§ Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.
§ A positive attitude with a passion for building customer relationships.
