BSC / HND in Chemistry, Food Sci. & Tech, Ind. Chemistry, Biochemistry, and any other related course.
3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably within a manufacturing or laboratory environment.
Knowledge of quality assurance principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Experience with SAP system is an added advantage.
Good Analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare standard solutions for laboratory analysis.
Conduct entrance and process control monitoring on Milk products, and tomato paste production lines in accordance with SOPs.
Perform finished product inspection and analysis for Milk products, and tomato paste in line with established SOPs.
Carry out sampling and analysis of incubation and retention samples as specified in SOPs.
Conduct sampling and testing of raw materials and packaging materials following standard operating procedures.
Ensure accurate documentation of all analysis results in hard copy and timely entry of master data into the SAP system.
Perform effective line monitoring to ensure compliance with standards and achieve zero product non-conformance.
Accurately interpret, record, and communicate analysis results to relevant stakeholders for corrective actions where necessary.
Monitor quality control measures and actively participate in the facility’s HACCP program.
Conduct sensory evaluation of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products in line with SOPs.
Perform any other related duties as may be assigned.
