About the Role
Bema Integrated Services Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations across our growing creative and media projects.
The role involves ensuring proper financial documentation, preparing reports, handling payments, and supporting project teams with accurate financial tracking and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Record and monitor all financial transactions and project expenditures.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management.
Manage payroll, petty cash, and general bookkeeping.
Ensure compliance with statutory tax obligations (PAYE, VAT, etc.).
Support budget planning and financial forecasting for ongoing projects.
Reconcile accounts and maintain organized documentation for audits.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling all financial information.
Work closely with the Admin and Project Teams to support smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills
B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2–3 years minimum experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Integrity, accountability, and strong organizational skills.
Experience in a creative, startup, or project-based setting is a plus.
Compensation & Work Conditions
Fixed monthly salary (to be discussed during the interview).
Hybrid role : mix of remote work and occasional physical meetings.

Reporting Line
Reports to the Project Director and collaborates with the Admin and Operations Teams.
