JOB SUMMARY

The ideal IT Resource will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's technological infrastructure, providing technical support to staff and volunteers, and ensuring that the company's IT systems are operating efficiently and effectively to support our mission and activities.

As an IT Support, you will

• Oversee the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and systems.
• Ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems, including servers, computers, printers, and other peripherals.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates to keep systems secure and up-to-date.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues and inquiries.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to staff, volunteers, and members as needed.
• Respond promptly to IT support requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect the companys IT assets and data.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices for data protection and cyber security.
• Monitor for security threats and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
• Coordinate and oversee IT projects, such as app development, software implementations, system upgrades, and infrastructure expansions.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Collaborate with leadership and staff to identify IT needs and priorities.
• Develop training materials and resources to help staff and volunteers use IT systems effectively.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users on IT best practices and procedures.
• Create and maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and procedures.
