IT Server Operations Analyst

The Dangote Group is seeking a Server Operations Analyst to join our Information Technology team. The Server Operations Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our server infrastructure, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our systems.

Requirements

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform daily monitoring and maintenance of server systems.
• Manage server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
• Ensure system availability and reliability by conducting routine inspections and implementing necessary upgrades.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve server-related issues.
• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Maintain system security by implementing and monitoring appropriate access controls.
• Create and maintain system documentation, including configuration management.
