Work Schedule : Tuesday– Sunday, 10 : 00am – 8 : 00pm

Our client is a fast-growing dessert brand serving students and staff across various campuses in Nigeria. They specialize in quality ice creams, waffles, cakes, and other desserts.

Role Summary

The Operations Officer will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, monitor inventory, and ensure efficient business performance. This role requires leadership, problem-solving skills, and accountability to maintain smooth day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise staff schedules, attendance, and discipline.
• Manage stock levels, suppliers, and timely procurement.
• Ensure equipment and generators function effectively.
• Track daily sales, cash flow, and weekly targets.
• Enforce customer service standards to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Report directly to management on operational performance.
