Work Schedule : Monday – Saturday, 8 : 00am – 6 : 00pm

Role Summary
The Baker will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of desserts including cakes, waffles, and pastries. The role requires discipline, attention to detail, and consistency to maintain the company's product standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake cakes, waffles, and other desserts according to set recipes.
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and quality of baked products.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of baking area and equipment.
- Monitor stock of baking ingredients and report shortages to management.
- Work with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
