About the Role :
We are seeking a passionate and goal-driven Business Development Manager to lead our business expansion efforts in Abeokuta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving sales growth, and managing client relationships to ensure the achievement of organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement strategic business and sales plans to drive growth.
Identify, engage, and convert new clients and business partners.
Lead, motivate, and manage the business development team to achieve set targets.
Build strong and lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
Prepare and present periodic sales reports and performance analyses.
Ensure prompt and profitable implementation of monthly sales strategies.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, marketing, or sales, preferably within the real estate or service industry.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Abeokuta.
