We're seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction costs, tendering, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cost Management : Manage construction costs, tendering, and contract administration

2. Quantity Surveying : Prepare bills of quantities, tender documents, and cost reports

3. Collaboration : Work with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders

4. Stakeholder Management : Manage stakeholder and ensure minimal escalations

1. Qualification : BSc / HND in Quantity Surveying or related field

2. Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying in the real estate industry

3. Skills : Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
