Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team at NASCON. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparing tender documents, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities
- Conducting cost control, cost analysis, and cost forecasting throughout the project lifecycle
- Assessing and evaluating project variations and preparing change orders
- Performing site visits and measure quantities for payment certificates and valuations
- Preparing and negotiating final accounts and settlements
- Reviewing and analyzing project schedules and progress reports
