About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented IT Support professional to join our team as an Infrastructure End User Support (Level 1). This entry-level role will provide first-line support to employees, assisting with hardware, software, and network-related issues in the office.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests (in person, email, or phone).
Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Assist with setup and configuration of desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices.
Support users with password resets, account access, and Microsoft 365 applications.
Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 / 3 support teams.
Document incidents, solutions, and update the knowledge base.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security guidelines
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
Certifications :
Azure Fundamentals and Azure Administrator certifications; IT support related certifications.
Experience :
3 to 5 years of computer-related support experience in Windows OS.
Special Requirements :
Proficiency in IT troubleshooting, MS Power Apps programming, Strong team building skills.
