Infrastructure Cloud / PCN / Telecom Support Level 1

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Infrastructure Cloud / PCN / Telecom Support (Level 1) professional to provide first-line support for cloud services, private communication networks (PCN), and telecom infrastructure. This entry-level role will assist with troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintaining IT infrastructure under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level support for cloud platforms, PCN systems, and telecom services.

Monitor infrastructure performance and escalate issues to Level 2 / 3 support teams.

Assist in troubleshooting connectivity, VoIP, and telecom-related issues.

Support end users with cloud-based applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS basics).

Perform basic configuration and setup of telecom / network equipment under supervision.

Maintain accurate logs of incidents, service requests, and resolutions.

Assist with scheduled maintenance, updates, and backups.

Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards.

To ensure effective service delivery, contractor is expected to follow the resource guide.
