Job description

We are looking for a smart and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. You will help with paperwork, scheduling, and general office tasks to keep things running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Handle calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Organize files, records, and office documents.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Support staff with administrative tasks.
  • Maintain a neat and efficient office environment.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
