What you’ll do

Architect and lead development of scalable, secure WordPress plugins and Laravel applications.

Deliver high-performance solutions aligned with business and user needs.

Own complex technical challenges in backend and full-stack development.

Write clean, testable, and maintainable code adhering to modern best practices.

Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and uphold engineering quality.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, DevOps, and QA teams.

Stay current on emerging technologies in the PHP, Laravel, and WordPress ecosystems.

Contribute to engineering standards, CI / CD pipelines, and technical documentation.

Build scalable, enterprise-class solutions with a focus on performance and security.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in WordPress and Laravel-based applications.

Contribute innovative ideas to optimize WordPress products for business needs.

Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver high-quality results in a timely manner.

What you bring

7+ years of professional software development experience , with deep expertise in WordPress and Laravel.

Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript (including React), HTML, CSS, and MySQL.

Strong understanding of WordPress internals—core APIs, custom post types, hooks, filters, and Gutenberg.

Experience with modern Laravel practices (queues, policies, Eloquent, service containers).

Familiarity with Docker, RESTful APIs, Git workflows, and cloud infrastructure.

Ability to lead architecture design and technical decision-making for complex projects.

Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) and a remote-first team culture.
