Who We're Looking For :

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes payments-someone who deeply understands how money moves across systems and borders. You know how to navigate traditional financial rails and are excited about helping bridge them with the crypto-native future.

Ideally, you come from a traditional payments, remittances, or fintech background. Maybe you've worked at a payment gateway, a cross-border payments provider, or in strategic partnerships. You understand the mechanics behind international money movement, the structure of payment systems, and how to spot commercial opportunities through partnerships.

You don't need to be a crypto expert. But you're curious about the space, believe in its potential, and are ready to apply your knowledge to help build the future of global financial infrastructure

What You'll Own :

  • Identify, build and scale strategic partnerships with payment networks, banks, fintechs, stablecoin providers, and infra players.
  • Design go-to-market strategies for new use cases (ex : issuing crypto cards, cross-border payroll, stablecoin APIs). Understand how fiat and crypto systems interact - from KYC to treasury to compliance - and help build trustworthy flows.
  • Own end-to-end partnership lifecycle : outreach, negotiation, integration, and co-marketing.
  • Work closely with Product, Compliance, and Engineering to ensure commercial and technical success.
  • Stay on top of market trends in payments and fintech-helping us spot emerging opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Help design and evolve our payments strategy to support global expansion and optimize transaction flows.

    • You're a Great Fit If You :

  • Come from traditional fintech (payment gateways, banks, neobanks, remittance companies, card networks, payout platforms, etc.).
  • Have 3-5 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships & Strategic Alliances
  • Understand how money moves behind the scenes - banking infrastructure, compliance flows, cross-border systems, and payment rails.
  • Are crypto-curious or already personally exploring the space - maybe you're investing, experimenting, or building side-projects.
  • Have the hunger to build from scratch, iterate fast, and operate with high autonomy.
  • Can speak both "fintech" and "crypto" fluently - or are willing to learn the crypto half at lightspeed.
  • Comfortable operating in global markets, with partners across different geographies and regulatory regimes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • A curious, resourceful mindset-you're excited to figure things out and make things happen

  • Exposure to stablecoins, blockchain payment infrastructure, or web3 APIs
  • Strong network across fintech or banking industries
  • Worked on crypto or digital asset pilots in a traditional company
