Role Overview

We are seeking a self-motivated, experienced individual to manage social media accounts, maintain and manage WordPress websites, WordPress blogs and handle a range of ad hoc digital projects. You will play a key role in creating and implementing strategies for clients to optimize their digital presence. The role also includes blog planning and writing, content creation, and performance tracking using various analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update social media profiles (Facebook, X, LinkedIn), including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and analytics.

Handle WordPress website management (monthly backups, plugin updates, security checks, troubleshooting, and minor site improvements).

Optimize content using the Yoast Plugin, provide SEO advice, and deliver client SEO improvements.

Research, plan, and write SEO-optimised blog posts aligned with client strategies.

Consult with clients on digital strategy, including email marketing, analytics, and overall online presence.

Track and report performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Bing Webmaster Tools.

Support additional projects including website design / build, migrations, email marketing, branding, animation, WooCommerce, and YouTube channel management.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

Proven experience managing WordPress websites (backups, plugin updates, troubleshooting).

Proficient with SEO (Yoast Plugin, on-page optimization).

Skilled in social media management (Facebook, X, LinkedIn).

Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, Google Analytics, Search Console, Google My Business, and Bing Webmaster Tools.

Experience working with UK-based clients (preferred).

Strong written communication skills for blogs and email content.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Professional-level English reading and writing.
