Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
You will define the end-to-end content marketing strategy, ensuring content supports goals across awareness, lead generation , and sales.You will develop the editorial calendar for all channels, including the company blog, website, email, and social media.You will conduct continuous keyword research, identifying content gaps, and implementing best practices to maximize organic traffic and exposure.Social Media Management
You will lead the creation, editing, and production of high-quality, long-form content.You will schedule and publish posts, ensuring consistent and timely updates.You will monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering positive engagement with our community.Community Management
You will build and nurture a vibrant community of creators and entrepreneurs using the company’s products.You will organize and host virtual events, live sessions, and Q&A sessions to engage with the community.You will gather feedback from users and collaborate with the product team to implement improvements based on community insights.Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
You will track, analyze, and interpret performance metrics across all content channels (traffic, conversions, time-on-page, social engagement).You will provide regular, data-driven reports on content ROI and performance to refine strategies and optimize content for better results.You will stay updated with the latest social media and SEO trends and platform algorithms, using this knowledge to maintain competitive content advantages.Cross-Functional Collaboration

Proven experience as a Content Marketing Manager or similar strategic role, ideally with experience managing both long-form and short-form video content.Demonstrated expertise in SEO and content optimization techniques for driving organic growth.Proficiency in video shooting and editing (using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software).Excellent understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices (Instagram, TikTok, X).Strong analytical skills, with experience using Google Analytics / Search Console and social media analytics tools.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for brand storytelling.Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adhere to strict production timelines.
