Pavago is seeking a Cold Email Specialist to craft, personalize, and optimize high-performing outbound campaigns that drive measurable results for our clients. This role combines copywriting mastery, data-driven personalization, and strategic thinking to help clients get the best possible outcomes from our outreach systems and technology. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who thrives on writing persuasive email sequences, experimenting with AI tools, and blending cold outreach into broader go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Email Copywriting : Write compelling cold email sequences that capture attention and drive replies. Craft subject lines, follow-ups, and value-driven messaging tailored to each client’s ICP. Test variations and continuously refine copy based on campaign data.
• AI Personalization & Prompt Writing : Develop effective AI prompts using tools like Claude and ChatGPT to personalize outreach at scale. Ensure tone, context, and messaging are adapted for each prospect while maintaining brand voice.
• Client Collaboration : Partner with the team to resolve client requests quickly and efficiently. Strategize with internal and client teams on how to integrate cold email campaigns into overall GTM strategies.
• Targeting & Research : Identify and define ideal customer profiles (ICP) for each client. Use list-building tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, and Apollo to create segmented, high-quality prospect lists.
• Campaign Setup & Optimization : Configure and monitor campaigns in tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, or Apollo. Track performance metrics and suggest improvements for better deliverability and engagement.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?

A typical day blends creativity, research, and collaboration. You’ll start by checking your assigned tasks in ClickUp, then dive into client research to understand their products and target audiences. You’ll spend most of your day writing and refining email copy, crafting AI prompts for personalization, and documenting every campaign detail in our internal app. Midday check-ins with the team help align strategies and share insights. The day ends with refining drafts or brainstorming new outreach angles — all focused on helping our clients succeed.
