We’re looking for a data-driven Paid Ads Specialist who can take full ownership of paid media campaigns across Google and Meta Ads . This role is ideal for someone who thrives on optimizing performance, analyzing results, and driving measurable growth through creative and analytical experimentation.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that reach the right audiences, maximize ROI, and scale efficiently. If you’re passionate about performance marketing, enjoy testing strategies, and are confident managing substantial monthly budgets, this role is for you.

🧩 What You’ll Be Doing

📈 Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Shopping networks.
  • Develop and execute Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Implement and optimize retargeting strategies to re-engage audiences and maximize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing page assets.
  • 📊 Optimization & Analysis

  • Continuously monitor campaign performance, conduct A / B testing , and make data-driven optimizations.
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively, ensuring efficient ROI across both platforms.
  • Analyze key metrics and provide actionable insights through weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Identify growth opportunities by testing new audiences, creative formats, and campaign types.

  • Stay current with Google and Meta platform updates , algorithm changes, and new ad formats.
  • Recommend and test new strategies to drive scale and performance improvements.
  • Contribute to the broader growth marketing strategy , sharing insights with the team.
  • ✅ Who You Are

  • 3–5+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end.
  • Proven experience managing monthly budgets between $25K–$50K USD .
  • Strong understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
  • Skilled at analyzing performance data to identify insights and optimize ROI.
  • Analytical thinker who’s comfortable working in dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across creative and technical teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
  • Bonus Points

  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Experience with other paid channels (YouTube Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Familiarity with CRO strategies and landing page testing.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation or analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, GA4, Supermetrics).
