Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos for an Experienced Insurance Relationship Marketer. The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying potential business opportunities, and creating strategies to fulfill client needs. Responsibilities include coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery, analyzing market trends, and preparing detailed reports on sales activities and marketing results.
Qualifications
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven experience 3 to 5 years in relationship management and business development in the insurance sector
Ability to analyze market trends and develop marketing strategies
Competence in preparing detailed reports and handling multiple accounts simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Proficiency in using CRM software and other marketing tools
Knowledge of the Nigerian insurance market is an advantage
