Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
• Mobilization of funds (deposits / investments) from individuals and corporate entities towards ensuring that the Company’s liquidity requirements are met.
• Originate / process customers’ loan requests / loan documentation
• Proven networks for the sale of proof of funds
• Follow up with customers for loan repayments / remedial
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Develop customer leads through cold calls, referrals, social media, etc.
• Expedite the resolution of customer challenges and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
• Submit periodic reports to management
