Job descriptionWildfire Business Solutions Ltd is seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketer (NYSC) to join our marketing team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Executive and other team members to grow Wildfire's online presence, manage campaigns, and execute content strategies that strengthen the company's brand visibility and engagement across all digital platforms. This opportunity is ideal for a Lagos corps member passionate about digital marketing, storytelling, and brand growth someone eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute to real marketing results. Collaborate with the marketing team to manage and grow Wildfire's corporate pages across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Facebook). Support in creating and scheduling engaging content that aligns with brand objectives and tone. Track performance metrics and assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports on page growth and engagement. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to suggest content and strategy improvements. Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media ads, and awareness drives. Support lead generation efforts by optimizing digital channels for reach and conversion. Work with designers and content writers to ensure brand consistency across all materials. Communicate regularly with the marketing team and Digital Marketing Executive to align on goals, strategies, and performance. Take ownership of assigned projects and bring forward creative ideas and improvement suggestions. Be open to feedback, apply learnings quickly, and maintain a growth mindset. Must be a current corps member (preferably serving in Lagos). Passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and analytics. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of social media management, analytics, and content strategy. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, and social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Meta Suite, etc.) is an advantage. A proactive attitude ready to take initiative, contribute ideas, and learn fast. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
