Responsibilities :

Lead SEO strategies : Drive organic growth through on-page and off-page optimisation, keyword research, and content strategies to increase search visibility and improve search engine rankings.

Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns :   From paid search to display advertising and social media ads, you will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimising digital campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.

Leverage email marketing :   Create and manage targeted, segmented email campaigns to nurture leads, re-engage past customers, and retain loyal audiences.

Data-driven decision making :   Use data from web analytics (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to continuously refine digital marketing strategies, measure campaign success, and optimise future initiatives.

Customer segmentation and targeting :   Use customer data and digital tools to segment audiences for precise targeting and personalised messaging across digital channels.

Optimise digital channels :   Continuously improve digital assets like website landing pages, product pages, and eCommerce flows to enhance conversion rates and drive sales.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams :   Work closely with product, design, and tech teams to ensure digital marketing strategies align with product launches and company objectives.

Analyse and report performance :   Create performance reports and actionable insights based on KPIs such as conversion rates, traffic growth, ROI, and customer lifetime value.

Test and iterate :   Conduct A / B tests and experiments across digital campaigns, landing pages, and email flows to improve performance continuously.

Stay ahead of trends :   Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company remains at the cutting edge of digital marketing.

Requirements :

  • At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or eCommerce, with a solid focus on SEO, targeting, email, and data analytics.
  • A digital-native, always looking for new ways to optimise and experiment using the latest tools in SEO, email, and analytics.
  • Data-driven, with a strong ability to pull insights from analytics tools and use them to inform decisions that drive performance.
  • Thrive on detail, but you’re also a big-picture thinker who can tie digital strategy to tangible business outcomes.
  • Proactive in driving campaign strategy, able to juggle multiple digital campaigns at once while delivering on KPIs.
  • Have experience using a range of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, HubSpot, etc.) and know how to use them to drive real growth.
  • Believe in the power of personalisation and targeting, tailoring digital experiences to meet customer needs and maximise engagement.
  • Always optimising and testing, whether it’s SEO keywords, digital ads, or email subject lines.

Remuneration : NGN   400,000
