Job descriptionDevelop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness Responsible for bringing in new business for loans and investments. Managing a customer ensuring payments are made when due Review and process loan application forms for approval, while maintaining all relevant accounts in their care Develop a referral network in Link with set targets Drive customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. This position is open preferably to a female candidate 3 years of experience in Marketing, Economics, finance, social sciences related, or any Managerial field Minimum academic qualification of HND / BSc degree must have completed NYSC Bold, Smart, and honest Age; 25 years and above.
