Responsibilities :
Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units (i.e. Business Development, Finance, Accounting, IT Audit, and Compliance) to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teamsEvaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate partiesAuthor and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentationConduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problemsDevelop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendationsDevelop and maintain reports that would provide points of evaluation for various internal functionsWrite clear and well-structured business requirements and documentsIdentify opportunities for business process automationCreate reports, dashboards and visualizations to better understand business performanceCollaborate with product managers on roadmap planning and prioritization for Internal Products that would evaluate Business PerformanceModelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvementsUnderstand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changesRequirements :
4+ years of proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacityHigh proficiency in SQL languageExperience with a Core Banking ApplicationUnderstanding basic accounting and the impact of transactions on the chart of accounts and how these would impact Financial ReportingProven analytical abilitiesPractical experience generating process documentation and reportsExcellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsStrong working knowledge of any SQL based Database language is a plusProven capabilities in Product Documentation is a plusExcellent presentation skillsExperience with Accounting and Accounting Software is a plusProven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions is a plusExtensive experience with data visualization is a plus
