We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer with CCNP and CompTIA A+ certifications to join our IT team. The successful candidate will provide advanced technical support and assistance to employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of network infrastructure, excellent problem- solving skills, and the ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Provide advanced technical support for network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, including connectivity, performance, and security
- Configure and maintain network devices, including Cisco routers and switches
- Implement and support network security measures, including firewalls,VPNs, and access controls
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to design and implement new network infrastructure projects
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledgebase articles - Provide training and guidance to junior IT staff
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives to improve IT services
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
