My Client, a top multinational in the FMCG industry, is seeking a Junior Category Execution Manager to support the strategic and commercial growth of its categories, driving performance across multiple brands in Nigeria.

What You’ll Do
Category & Brand Management : Manage the assigned brand / category P&L and drive initiatives to meet profitability targets.Forecasting & Planning : Lead long- and short-term business forecasting, ensuring accurate category insights to guide commercial decisions.Strategic Collaboration : Partner with regional and global teams to deliver annual and long-term Category / Brand Plans, including innovation and pipeline development.Marketing Execution : Oversee the execution of NPD / EPD / MRO activities, POSM development, and inventory management for assigned categories.Budget Management : Plan and manage assigned marketing budgets efficiently to optimize spend and ROI.Performance Monitoring : Track category performance, market trends, and consumer insights to support strategic adjustments.Stakeholder Management : Build productive relationships with internal teams and external agencies to ensure excellence in execution.Compliance & Governance : Follow the company’s code of conduct and operational guidelines while driving marketing discipline across all projects.Requirements
Who You Are
Educational & Professional Credentials : A degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Experience : Minimum of 3 years relevant marketing experience compulsorily within the Dairy or FMCG industry.Market Knowledge : Strong understanding of the Nigerian FMCG landscape and local consumer trends.Analytical & Creative : Skilled in using data-driven insights to inform category plans and marketing decisions.Collaborative & Detail-Oriented : Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Performance-Driven : Passionate about delivering measurable results and supporting category growth initiatives.Benefits
