Job Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and client-focused Wealth Manager to join our dynamic team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in wealth management or investment advisory and will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. You will provide tailored financial advice, deliver strategic investment solutions, and help clients grow and protect their wealth.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire, grow, and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients

Meet assigned Asset Under Management (AUM) and revenue targets

Deliver personalized investment strategies and financial advisory services

Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and update financial plans as needed

Research and evaluate investment products, market trends, and economic indicators

Recommend and implement suitable investment solutions based on client objectives

Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies

Prepare investment proposals, reports, and documentation

Utilize CRM and digital tools to streamline service delivery and client engagement

Represent the firm in a professional manner during client and networking events

Support client education initiatives such as workshops and webinars

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

3–5 years of relevant experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or private banking

Professional certifications such as CFA, CWM, ICAN, or ongoing professional development are a plus

Solid understanding of capital markets, investment products, financial planning, and client relationship management

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial analysis tools
