Responsibilities :
Achieve sales and full rentaloccupancy by making cold calls, advertising and filling vacancies, drafting lease documentation, negotiating lease agreements, andenforcing lease termsBuild and manage a database of clientsand prospects aimed at achieving salesFollow up on prospects to the stage ofinspection and eventual salesDevelop and carry out strategic plansand forecasts for marketing and sales in order to reach the company's goals forproducts and servicesPromote properties through relevantmarketing initiativesManage different levels of customerinteractions, from business-to-business relationships to corporate clients andindividual clientsPrepare all necessary paperwork(contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.) and keep updated recordsof all properties in your careFollow all legal guidelines and policiesin all dealsRemain knowledgeable about real estatemarkets and best practicesRequirements :
Minimum academic qualification of Bsc in marketing or any other relevantfieldMinimum of 3years of real estateexperience as a sales executiveProven track record of real estatesalesLives within a commutable distance toLekki Phase1Candidate must know how to drive and have a validdriver’s licenseStrong sales, negotiation, andcommunication skillsAbility to work within a team, greatpersonality, and the right attitude to workProficient in the use of MS suite(excel, word, power-point, etc.)
