Job Description

We are seeking dynamic Sales and Marketing Executives to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Nigerian market
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including digital marketing and networking events
Prepare and present regular sales and marketing performance reports to senior management
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels

Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools

Expertise in social media marketing and digital marketing strategies

Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities

Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Knowledge of the Nigerian market and consumer behavior

Understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting

Professional certifications in sales or marketing (preferred)

Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Strong organizational and time management skills
