Material Management Planner & Analyst (Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc.)

Job Summary : The Material Management Planner & Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing the flow of materials within the Dangote Sugar Refinery. This role involves working closely with production, engineering, and other relevant teams to address material-related issues and ensure seamless operations. The analyst will track key performance indicators related to materials management and material flow, utilizing ERP systems to manage inventory, track material movements, and generate comprehensive reports.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with production, engineering, and other teams to resolve material-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to materials management and material flow.
• Generate daily, monthly, and yearly reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Utilize and maintain Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to manage inventory and track material movements.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize material usage and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory and material management processes.
• Provide training and support to team members on materials management best practices.
