We are seeking a reliable and proactive Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative
support to the CEO. This role is designed to free up time for the Business Development Manager / PA
to the CEO by handling routine tasks, ensuring smooth office operations.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and discreet, with a strong ability to follow
instructions and manage basic administrative processes.
Requirements
1. Administrative Support
- Manage office filing, document organization, and record-keeping.
- Draft and send meeting reminders, follow-up notes, and standard correspondence.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, presentations, and minutes.
- Handle office supplies procurement and general logistics.
- Support travel arrangements (hotel bookings, flight confirmations, etc.).
2 . Operational Support
Assist in coordinating internal team activities and scheduling.Provide clerical support for projects and events.Ensure timely handling of routine errands and minor tasks.Confidentiality & BoundariesThe Executive Assistant will focus solely on routine administrative and operational tasks.Qualifications
OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or relatedfield.
1–2 years of administrative experience (preferred but not mandatory).Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High level of discretion and professionalism.Reporting Structure
