About The Role

Scope :

Valuation of Properties and assets

Advisory services.

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct inspection and valuation of properties / assets on behalf of clients

Prepares error-free valuation reports, feasibility studies and research reports for clients in compliance with Knight Frank global standards and valuations standards

Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities, asset optimization, and risk assessment

Pitch and generate new valuation briefs and transactions on behalf of Knight Frank.

Requirements

1st Degree in Estate Management with a minimum of 2nd class grade

Minimum of 12-15 years property / asset valuation experience

Membership with NIESV (Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers) and registration with ESVARBON (Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria) is compulsory.

Chartered membership of RICS is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes required to execute the job :

Strong knowledge of the real estate market

Well organised and have excellent spoken and written communication skills, as well as customer and client management skills.

Strong knowledge of real estate laws, valuation methodologies, and property market trends.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and work under tight deadlines.

Strong network and experience working with corporate clients.

Systems & IT competence :

MS Word; MS Excel; MS PowerPoint; MS Outlook.
