Business Development Representative (Nigeria)

Job Summary : We’re looking for a skilled BDR / Appointment Setter to drive prospect outreach, qualify leads, and book meetings for sales leadership.

You’ll manage pipelines in HubSpot, build lead lists, track metrics, and support sales processes—bringing proven B2B SaaS experience and strong communication skills.

Core Tasks : Manage a pipeline of potential prospects through DM, cold-calling, email outreach Create lead lists and enrich prospect data using several tools Schedule qualification calls with the ultimate goal of booking calls with sales leadership Manage contacts and paperwork at final deal stages Filter un- or underqualified leads through phone conversation Track and report on key outreach and close metrics Create role-related SOPs and edit / update them on an ongoing basis Perform other tactical sales, finance, and sales-marketing related tasks as needed Must-Haves : 3+ years experience in phone outreach / an Appointment Setter or BDR outreach role Hands on experience with a B2B saas product 1+ years of experience developing and executing on Linkedin DM campaigns Experience using Sales Navigator (preferred) or similar lead list building tools Demonstrated experience achieving and exceeding quota in a sales outreach role 1+ years experience using HubSpot (or similar tool) for contact / pipeline mgmt Basic - intermediate Excel / Google Sheets for pipeline management and reporting Strong written and verbal English communication skills Ability to work full time EST Nice-to-Haves : Experience in the pharmaceutical and / or life sciences industry Familiarity with Gmail and  Slack for internal comms   Powered by JazzHR
